I must confess I'm a little distracted at the moment. I'm writing this post from the Lima, Peru airport. It's a place where you can get a surprisingly good cappuccino. Despite being geographically close to some of the best coffee-growing regions of the world, Peru's coffee is shocking in its mediocrity. Peru today is where the United States was 15 years ago, when drinking pre-ground Folgers was still socially acceptable.
